Everything from a first conversation to a fully resolved estate.
Each of our three services is scoped clearly, priced openly, and designed to meet clients at different stages of an inheritance matter.
← Back to HomeHow we work through an inheritance matter
No two estates are the same. Family circumstances, asset types, the presence or absence of a valid will, the number of heirs, and the relationships between them all shape what needs to be done and how long it takes. We do not offer template solutions — every matter receives individual attention.
That said, there is a consistent thread to how we work. We begin with listening. We explain before we act. We follow each milestone with a written summary. And we do not move faster than the client is comfortable with. The three services below reflect different scopes of engagement — clients choose the one that fits their situation, knowing they can ask us for guidance if they are unsure which applies.
Inheritance Reflection Consultation
This is a private, unhurried meeting — typically lasting one to two hours — in which we listen to the situation and explain the legal landscape clearly. It is designed for families who have just lost someone and need to understand what their obligations and options are, without being pushed toward any particular course of action.
Following the session, we prepare and send a written summary covering the key points discussed, the legal position as we understand it, and any suggested next steps. The summary is yours to keep and share with other family members or advisers.
What the service includes
- Private in-office meeting (English or Thai)
- Plain-language explanation of the estate position
- Written summary of discussion and next steps
- No obligation to proceed with further services
How we proceed
You contact us by phone or message — no need to have paperwork ready.
We arrange a meeting at a time that suits you, including Saturday mornings.
The consultation takes place — we listen, ask clarifying questions, and explain.
Within three working days, you receive a written summary by email.
Estate Administration Help
Once the scope of an estate is understood, the practical work of administration begins. This involves gathering documentation, dealing with government departments, handling Land Department requirements for property, and ensuring that assets are properly distributed among the lawful heirs.
This service is for families who want us to manage this process on their behalf, taking the burden of paperwork and procedures away from them. We handle the administration, keep clients informed at each stage, and aim to resolve most straightforward estates within one to three months.
What the service includes
- Preparation and filing of all required documentation
- Liaison with government offices and the Land Department
- Regular written progress updates to the family
- Managed distribution to heirs upon completion
- Typical scope: one to three months
How we proceed
Initial meeting to review the estate and compile a document checklist.
We prepare and submit filings, managing any queries from the relevant offices.
Progress updates provided at each milestone — no chasing needed.
Distribution to heirs completed and confirmed in writing.
Full Inheritance Matter Case
Some estates involve genuine disagreements — about whether a will is valid, about who qualifies as an heir, about the conduct of an administrator, or about how assets have been valued or distributed. These situations need representation, not just administration.
Our Full Inheritance Matter Case service covers everything from the initial filing through to a resolved outcome. We manage the file, appear where required, maintain frequent communication with the client, and produce a closing report at the end summarising what was resolved and what records should be retained. Fees are fixed for matters of standard complexity; for unusually involved situations, we will agree the scope in advance.
What the service includes
- Full file management from start to conclusion
- Representation of client interests throughout
- Frequent written updates at each stage
- Court filings and appearances handled
- Closing report issued on conclusion
